Cèilidh crash course

Ceilidh on Eigg: it’s like square dancing, but with bagpipes, and if you mess up the locals just laugh louder. My shoes still haven’t recovered.

Anyone else check out the Mindoro Cut? Deepest rock cut this side of the Mississippi, and a perfect spot for a picnic.

Hit the little beach at sunrise, it’s chilly but worth it. Wish the seagulls would chill, tho. Best sunrise I’ve seen in ages.

Took my tiny camper van all the way from Texas just for this park and have no regrets. The Going-to-the-Sun Road is as wild as they say—hairpin turns, waterfalls, and that moment you wonder if your brakes have opinions.


Stopped at Apgar Village for huckleberry ice cream. 10/10 would drive cross ...

Hiked Animas Mountain trail—nearly got blown off the top by the wind. Totally worth it for the view.
