Well, thanks to a little digital faceplant (read: the forum crash), we had to rebuild from scratch. So I’m reposting some of the old pics to keep the place from looking like a ghost town. If you’ve got better shots—or just want to rub it in—drop ’em below. I can take it. Probably.

Spent a rainy night in Wall last fall—campground was muddy but the owner let us park under an awning and told us the best local fishing spots. Javelina? Well, I thought I knew most things that swim, fly, or crawl here in the States, at least but I can honestly say I have never heard of a Javelina. I guess I need to go explore the back country of Arizona.

Zip ties. You can fix a broken backpack, hang wet socks, and—if you’re Blaze—hold together a rental car’s bumper in Romania. They’ll also make TSA look at you funny, so be ready with a story.

Haunted hotels are like Taco Bell: you never know if you’ll make it through the night unscathed. Blaze once woke up to cold spots and flickering lights, only to find out it was just the ice machine and a faulty bulb. But hey, I did survive. Ghost stories included free with your stay.

Rule #1: Don’t open with 'I collect toenail clippings.' Instead, say hi, ask where they’re from, or compliment their backpack. If all else fails, adopt a dog and become the most popular person in the hostel. Works every time.
