Budget Stays Near Birmingham: Any Gems?

Looking for a spot near Birmingham that doesn’t cost more than my car. Bonus if it has personality and doesn’t smell like 1987. Anyone got recommendations? I’ll trade travel hacks for a decent night’s sleep.

Pet-friendly a plus. #birminghambudget #offbeathotels #traveltips

Ever see a waterfall freeze up here? Looks wild, like a glass sculpture.

RE: Woodstock, Vermont: A Classic New England Town

I grew up an hour from Woodstock, and it still blows me away every visit. The Woodstock Farmers’ Market has the best apple cider donuts—get there early before they sell out. For a different vibe, try the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park trails. And yes, Billings Farm’s cheese ...

Olympic National Park: Rainforests, Beaches, and Mystery

Spent last weekend getting soggy in Olympic National Park, and it was totally worth it. Where else can you hike from ancient rainforest to wild Pacific beaches in one afternoon? The Hoh Rain Forest is like stepping into a Studio Ghibli film (if you’re into moss, this is your place). I ran into a ...
