The prison opens daily from 10:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:00. Advance booking matters for guided tours and escape rooms. On-site parking costs £5 and remains subject to availability; the railway station is opposite. Most of the site is accessible, but stairs and historic fabric limit some areas; contact the team before booking. The venue is cashless. Dogs are allowed on Prison Entry and guided tours but not escape rooms or night events.
