Cypress knees make terrible pillows. Who else has braved a Louisiana swamp campout?

I slept in a cypress grove once—woke up to gator tracks next to my tent. Will NOT repeat. #neveragain

Nothing says “good morning” like swamp fog and mysterious splashes. I always bring coffee…and bug spray.
